Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our employees strive to make sure each shoe gives you a perfect fit. In fact, if we don’t think a shoe works for you, we say it. However, if you need to return shoes to Tops after the sale, please observe these guidelines:
- You have 30 days to return your shoes after purchase for a full refund.
- All returns must be in new, unworn condition. We will refuse worn shoes, unless they are defective.
- Please save your shipping container and shoe box until you determine you have a good fit, so you can return items in their original packing.
- Include a copy of your receipt. Let us know how we can help further!
